Rehearsal Schedule for SUNDAY, 11/27 – Broomall Studio
8:45 Corps arrives
9:00 Corps warm up and run Snow and Flowers (in dance clothes)
9:30 – 10:00 ACT 2 CAST ARRIVES (INCLUDING DOWNINGTOWN ANGELS)
Start to dress, set costumes for quick changes.
10:30 Broomall Angels arrive and start to dress
10:00 – 10:45 Run Act 2 (3:00 show with the Downingtown Angels) in full costume!
10:45 – 11:00 Corrections given, clean up
11:00 – 11:45 RUN Act again (7:30 show with the Broomall Angels)
no Costumes except: Clara, Broomall Angels and any problems
11:45 – 12:00 Corrections given, clean up and get ready for Act 1
11:15 Downingtown Angels dismissed
12:15 Broomall Angels dismissed
11:30 ACT 1 CAST ARRIVES
Start to dress, set costumes for quick changes
12:00 – 12:45 RUN Act 1 (3:00 show) in full costume!
12:45 – 1:00 Corrections given, clean up
1:00 – 1:45 Run Act 1 again (7:30 show)
no Costumes except: Clara & any problems
1:45 – 2:00 Corrections given, clean up!
